What Pointos is

Pointos is a Mexican digital loyalty platform for local businesses. We turn the Wallet every customer already carries on their phone — Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — into the business's loyalty card: points, stamps, coupons, cashback, gift cards and memberships, with no app for anyone to download.

Why we exist

Paper punch cards get lost, get forged, and tell the business nothing about its customers. Proprietary loyalty apps almost never get downloaded: customers don't want one app per café or barbershop they visit. The Wallet app is already installed on every iPhone and Android — Pointos turns it into the business's loyalty channel, with push notifications at zero marginal cost.

How we work

A business builds its program in minutes: it picks the mechanic and the reward, uploads its logo, and launches a signup QR at the counter. The customer joins in seconds and saves the card to their Wallet; staff add stamps or points by scanning from a web page — no special hardware, no POS integration.

Where we operate

We serve Mexico, Colombia and the rest of Latin America, with local currency pricing and Spanish-language support. Pointos is a product of pointos.club; the merchant dashboard lives at app.pointos.club.
